Educational seminars and lectures
Short formats for large groups: explain clearly, take the tension out of the subject of psychological health and give people their first working tools.
When this format fits
When you need to reach many people, introduce a team to a subject, or start a conversation about psychological health in a company where it has not been discussed before. A seminar does not replace skills training, but it removes the main barrier — the idea that psychology is something vague and optional.
Topics
- Stress: what it actually is. The physiology of stress, what it is for and where the line lies beyond which it starts to get in the way.
- Burnout. How to tell tiredness from burnout, which working conditions produce it and what a manager can do.
- Anxiety and uncertainty. How teams react to change and how to sustain performance through a period of uncertainty.
- Myths about psychotherapy. What evidence-based psychotherapy can and cannot do; when an employee should see a specialist.
- Mindfulness without mysticism. What the research on mindfulness shows and how to build the practice into a working day.
- Assertiveness and boundaries. How to say “no” and discuss difficult things without damaging the relationship.
Practical arrangements
Length is 60 to 120 minutes including questions. The format is in person in Warsaw or online. There is no limit on group size. The topic can be adapted to the situation in the company — a short conversation before we prepare is enough for that.
