Systematic training in cognitive behavioural therapy: 13 modules that take you from methodology and assessment through to independent case work under supervision.
A structured schema therapy course built to the standards of the International Society of Schema Therapy: theory, interactive demonstrations and practice across 60 academic hours.
Every module is built the same way: first methodology and theory, then real cases with the technique demonstrated, then practice in pairs and small groups under the teacher’s observation. Hearing about a technique and being able to use it are different things, and the second cannot be learned in a lecture.
Between modules, participants meet in small groups and work through their own cases. This is a compulsory part of the long-term programmes, not an optional extra: this is where technique turns into skill and where mistakes become visible before they settle in.
Modules run in a hybrid format: you can take part in person in Warsaw or join online. The practical part works in both formats — online participants are grouped separately for skills work.
The programme ends with an assessment: a knowledge check and a review of your own case work. A certificate from the centre is issued on completion.
We train practitioners who work with people: psychologists and psychotherapists, doctors, teachers, social workers, coaches and HR specialists. Some programmes require a relevant degree, for others experience of working with people is enough. If you are unsure whether a programme suits you, write to us: we will tell you straight, including if we think you should start somewhere else.
Describe your experience and your goal — a coordinator will suggest where to start, and will say so if it is still too early for a given programme.
