CBT+ is the first level of training in cognitive behavioural therapy. Over 13 months you travel from the question “how is CBT actually put together” to independent case work, which you then review with the teacher and the group.

What this course is about

Schema therapy is a development of cognitive behavioural therapy for the cases where brief work does not give a lasting result. It addresses repeating scenarios: the same difficulties in relationships, a chronic sense that “something is wrong with me”, self-sabotage, emotional instability, personality disorders.

How a webinar differs from a programme

A programme gives you a system. A webinar solves one task: working through a specific technique, showing work with a particular concern, discussing a recent study. Two or three hours, after which you have one working tool — no more and no less.

How we choose teachers

Only someone who uses a technique can teach it. All the centre’s teachers run their own practice and attend regular supervision — a professional standard that is the same for teachers and for graduates alike.
